dad's shadow sharpens
against the frosted window

    Hello Ed,

Talk about synchronicity! I had been doing some
exercising of haiku thought with my Pinecone group
and just posted the following to them in response
    to one of theirs:

    banked fire
    the life in the eyes
    of the owl andirons

It seems to follow your fine effort, too.

    Mitzi,
One here for the Pinecone group
    in the spirit of synchronicity.

    screech owls...
    the northern lights
    shift above the forest

    Cinema at the residence-
    on the frosted window-pane,
    shades and lights
