before dawn
languishing rooster crow --
nameless day
saturday morning
park full of five-day week
young
making breakfast
after making love
Saturday morning
call of the locomotive
echoing
the bicyclists whistle
Another poignant 'ku from you...I can see the boys shooting marbles and hear the drop of the stone on asphalt as the girls "hopscotch"!
Nice one, Carol!
jogging path --
six turtles sunning
on a log
I agree with Mixx... a great 'ku! I can see and I can heard everything... Thank you so much!
river sunlight
the smell of tugboats
and blossoms
martin
a rattle
of coins, he bows
his gratitude
don't know how you could have heard those
marbles click while riding a bicycle, but
then some things must be taken on faith.
marbles...
the class clown rolls out
his glass eye
After a sleepless night,
in the end a daydream:
Saturday again
