one of my first one-line haiku.

About the author: ellis clay, gypsykid at gmail dot com

I've been writing and studying haiku since 1992. I've self-produced a few of my own collections of haiku, most recently 'ku' in 2000, and 'nine haiku: winterness' this past winter. I am currently working on a collection of one-line haiku to be completed by this summer.

you made what is so difficult to do look easy ... and very enjoyable too!

    conjuring ice tea, heat lightning

fireflies conjure up our ice tea

on the stoop, fireflies conjure up ice tea

    thanks ellis, Ed Schwellenbach

    summer nights fade
