needle’s eye
the devil could easily
pass through i thought
balancing pale harvest moon
tip of the dead spruce
punctuates, night sky
a single strand
of silver-
moonlit duet
full moon
hard frost
scent of wood smoke
after the day —
broken sunbeam lies
cross the bay
–
barbie,
use your imagination. you know,
fill in the blanks. be creative.
stretch your mind.
eyelids too heavy–
this full moon sinks
beneath greying morning clouds
