sudden nightfall
his empty bottle
of Viagra
love your work, Aurora:)
Staring…
a tear drop falls suddenly
in the tea cup
cold evening-
embers amidst ashes
things i did, and did not do
explored thighs
an uncovered book
with love story
Autumn leaves kiss earth;
The old woman still tightens
Softly thinning lips.
dirk, i’m reminded of the old woman who held my hand, one nondescript evening…
so surprisingly soft, were her’s
and sensual
I like your poem…
pious women
kneading bread
the old country
late sunset
an old man’s talking
wine and women
I like your ku Aurora, thank you for sharing…
Great lines Aurora_!
Differing comments… differing perceptions.
Expiration dates: daylight, tea cups, and old men… like me.
Sip all you can… while it lasts.
writing haiku-
lips returning to,
cool…cool coffee
aurora,
this is a heck of nice poem. hits the
bullseye straight on. hope to read
more of your work.
thunder
the old huntin’ hound
whimpers
dusk
a sea
of glittering gold
Twilight appear
moon awake
sweet lullaby
wintry clouds
on thermal winds…
‘gainst the sky
raptorial shadow
Lacy curtains swell
in the warm night breeze;
I remember you well.
summer moon
the two of us
one shadow
late fall
a tea leaf dries
in the cup
cricket’s chirp–
night for reading
her letter filled with hearts, moons, and stars
