I liked this haiku very much. A friend sent it to me since our farm is named, Old Frog Pond Farm. I hang haikus on the sign outside and change them seasonally — right now it says:
Love your/this imagery!
how still the pond
no one wakes
the moon
Serene.

another jumps into water ~
the moon dissolves

morning siren ~
four frogs move in
four different ways
a frog’s vast cosmos ~
a moon and lotus created
anew in cool breeze
fallen leaves
float in the lotus pond ~
a solitary frog
