Vida (Tzetzka Ilieva) is from Bulgaria but lives now in Georgia, USA with her husband and kids. About two years ago she started writing short poems. Some of her haiku appeared in Mainichi Japan and Asahi Shimbun.

You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new.
