moving sale … among the bric-a-brac the owner?s dog
—Marion Alice Poirier
Issue 13.3 | 18 December 2013
I remember this one really well, and all its incarnations.
This version works really well, with a terrific first line suggesting many things alongside the actual sale itself.
warm regards,
Alan
Thank you, so very poignant….unfortunately sometimes the pets can't go along with the owner to their new residence.
This has combined a feeling of sadness with a touch of humour at the end – unless of course the dog is also for sale, in which case it's heart breaking. Very touching, Marion.
