Kate MacQueen lives and writes along New Hope Creek in North Carolina. She was a founding member of pinecone: the North Georgia Haiku Society and is a long-time member of the North Carolina Haiku Society. Her work has appeared in a variety of publications including Modern Haiku, The Heron's Nest, Frogpond, Acorn, haijinx, and several Red Moon Press anthologies.
