Born in Greece, Stella Pierides now divides her time between London, UK, and Neusaess, DE. Her poetry book, In the Garden of Absence [Fruit Dove Press, 2012], was awarded third prize in the Haiku Society of America's 2013 Merit Book Awards. Recent book, Feeding the Doves [Fruit Dove Press, 2013]. Stella project manages Per Diem: Daily Haiku, a feature of the The Haiku Foundation.
