summer swimming hole
the tree sprouting clothes …
nude bathers

cloth, the fabric
clothe, to cover
(clothes), garments worn
clothes, the plural of cloth
(clothes), now, cannot be said to have a singular
In the open piscine
even the full moon
takes a bath
fully feathered,
into the chilly water,
the duck dives headfirst
