watery hair on her bare back
a love haiku

A film of mist
between my eyes
and her eyes
Alone
the cell phone on her bed
rings
In the well
studying her image
a woman
All night rain
the gaping roof
her shelter
Enveloping
all of the moon at night–
white chrysanthemums
Wet bodies
of bathing women-
full moon night
Soft footsteps
of students bunking
class test
A load of wood
on her frail back–
autumn evening
A moth
struggling for life
on wire
A crow picks at
cow’s back in the afternoon–
drooping rag-picker
After the party
empty chairs in the lawn:
new moon and I
Waiting for the train
alone on the platform
swatting mosquitoes
