  1. hey Mr. Miller:

Paul, i recall, when you wrote this haiku, and
I thing that everyone has seen the rock, that
has seperated a brook or stream, from itself,
    if just for a moment.

    best,

    Gene

  2. Wonderful healing poem. My mom had brain surgery on 10/3 (subdural hematoma), and then a moderate stroke. She is opening her eyes, giving and receiving love, not in pain. Speaking a little. I am reading poetry aloud to her.

  3. so sad Ellen, hope that your mother is okay,
and yes, I did neglect to mention, that paul m’s
ku has many layers for all of us to enjoy. Just
hope that your mother enjoyed the read.

  4. sleight of hand –
    magician cuts scarf in halves
    then, together again

    excerpt:

(the moment), do we wonder where it went

what is the amount of time

hearing our song, we feel so content, isn’t it only for the moment

  5. Thank you. Yesterday Mom was able to sit in the special physical therapy chair for almost 4 hours. I felt able to leave her in the care of staff overnight. We are in Loving Hands.
