all of the cats on the roof
appear white

I like this. I love cats too – may I direct you to the haiku pages of my website, where there are poems devoted to cats. I hope you find something there to your liking.
December full moon
on the frost-sparkled deck
the kitten scampers
the rising sun *
behind the morning clouds
veins of gold
a cat dances
on rooftop breeze
in full moon space ~
full moon
the kids behind jack’s garage
pitchin’ quarters
your hand
is cold
fever boy tells mom
Moonlight –
on the chill rooftop
two cats in a heat
sitting on the roof
waxing moon light —
suddenly, i seem so small
