nice poem, but “the wind has also shaped
a tree” sounds a bit smoother. just a
suggestion.

Thanks for comments, but in this case I deliberately choose “a wind” to show that it isn’t the same ‘wind’ necessarily.
But as with all good constructive comments I will definitely put it in my comments bank, and look closely at both options for a future collection.
