magnifying glass an ant pauses to examine me

Issue 12.1 | 26 November 2012
Each day I read these wonderful little tiny words and smile! It is a gift to capture a moment with words…thank you for sharing!
Dear Robert,
A terrific haiku and one using the zoom technique (literally) to great effect.
There's more layers to this deceptively simple looking haiku, but enough in the horizontal layer to keep many of us happy for a long time too.
Alan
I really love this one. Great haiku imagery.
Robert, burning ants, magnifying glass in hand- one ant stares back- "WHY?" ;-J
I really got a kick out of this! I look forward to more of your writing…
