Billy Collins? poem ?Awake in the dark? ? closes out tinywords issue 15.1.

Now it’s time to OPEN our next reading period for our next issue, tinywords 15.2. We will accept poems for consideration for one month, from June 25th, 2015 until July 25th, 2015.

Our next issue will begin appearing in early September, 2015.

We look forward to reading your work. And thanks to each of you who make tinywords part of your day.

    Does your emphatic modifier of SMALL poems mean a willingness to consider short poems, possibly even with titles, as opposed to more traditional haiku and tanka? Or do you simply mean haiku or tanka, and maybe anything in-between?

    Hi John,

    Here at tinywords, we look for poems that invite multiple readings and reward the reader for doing so.

    Take a look at the "submissions page" and you'll see that we also read short poems with titles as well as one-breath poems, aka: haiku.
