Thank you for your poem, Sondra. It's lovely.
As someone living thousands of miles from where I started, I find your poem very meaningful — and the reaction to it can go either way: Should I have stayed? Wasn't it better to have left? And yet, how many days can answer 'yes' to both questions.
Thank you for stirring my thoughts.
Robert Browning Hamilton said it quite well when speaking of walks with pleasure and sorrow. Indeed, cloudy skies transform us into nobler creatures, even though we may wish for simpler times… thoroughly enjoyed your poem, thank you.
A thoughtful ku, Sondra. Thank you for sharing.
