wildflower meadow the names you’re not here to tell me
—Bob Redmond
Issue 22.2 | 24 October 2022
Haunting and beautiful.
Thank you
Poignant because of its immense loneliness, and beautiful because we can picture what Bob is looking at. No matter how one interprets his words, this is a lovely poem.
The loneliness is palpable. I feel it even now typing these words. A beautiful poem.
Thanks for the kind and thoughtful comments!
Beautiful – at once bald and restrained.

Lovely. We lost a father lately and this resonates powerfully. Thank you.
