I was born in Chehalis, Wash. Have lived in British Columbia, Canada, since I was 16. After finishing a B.A. in English Literature at the University of B.C., I have written two books of Western free verse and published both articles and short stories in various literary journals. Recently-- I've concentrated my efforts on short verse. I've been published in several haiku journals including Temps Libre, Haiku Spirit, Moments, Short Stuff, Dew-on-Line, and the World Haiku Review, where I recieved an honourable mention for the 2002 R.H. Blyth Award.
