Kathryn Liebowitz is a freelance writer with an emphasis in recent years on creative nonfiction, short fiction, and poetry. She was a founding/contributing editor of Wild Apples: a journal of nature, art, and inquiry, an educational researcher, and a journalist. Kathryn considers herself a perpetual student of art and literature (Asian and otherwise). Her haiku have appeared or are forthcoming in many fine journals. She lives with her husband in Groton, Massachusetts.
