  2. read your open letter on the haijinx site.
    seems as though you weren’t quite able
    to “put the hai” back. seems as though you
    got caught up in a political whirlwind. one
    tip, a poets job is to write. poets who
    “ascend” into “editorships” etc. well, who
    cares! the hsa is nepotistic at best, and
    incestouous the rest of the time. your
    poems are missed, but check your ego at the door.

    then rain–
    the other side of my window never seems to change

    mark, i ventured to the haijinx site, however it seems to be under (re-construction). i wonder if after 5 years the editor, too, has been changed…
