oooooh I love the surprise in this one!… and the switch of attention… to the means: not the viewed ( fall migration) of birds…but the viewer(s) (lovely use of) (flock/ of binoculars)… dylan's poem does that too, the pointer getting all the attention of the child's eye…

Excellent. Straightforward, yet inside-out in true haiku spirit.
