"Circling" is a wonderful first line! Yes, there is a sense of completeness, satisfaction even. Until, of course, we look up and move on to the next activity. And we're circling again.

This is great Tish. Yesterday I commented on the power of the perfect descriptive word. Today we enjoy the reverse. You've deliberately eschewed the obvious and therefore perhaps clichéd season word, but have allowed us to "word find" it for ourselves. As Julie says, this gives its own satisfaction, and we the reader actually share the emotional experience of the activity described. I really enjoyed this. Brilliantly done.

I love how this one, for me, alludes to the things we search for in life, and the discoveries we make along the way, the endings and beginnings, the cycle of life. A beautiful mix of meanings. :)
