Hi Lorin – I just wanted to say how much I enjoy this haiku. I keep coming back to it as it can be read on so many different levels. Excellent stuff.
Enjoyed the juxtaposition of this with the Tokyo train poem posted the next day.
Thanks for noticing that, Zirconium! I try to arrange the poems so there are interesting juxtapositions and segues like that.
