Nice work, Andrea!
… Her farewell gift, a letter of folded memories.
Lovely, Andrea!
You caught this well _kala

Thanks ALL! Much appreciated
I liked the use of fragrance paired with loss and separation which stirs up deep feelings. Nicely done!
I liked reading it: "as she leaves again" and also as: "again the smell of apricots." That really opens it up nicely!
Good haiku and great to have the senses tingle while reading by adding scent/smell.
