I don’t have a haiku response…that’s just beautiful and I have to say it.
morning moon
the nooks and crannies
of an english muffin
making chutney
all day process
… time to reminisce
i do not have a haiku response either but love the imagery. this brought a smile to my face. thank you!
steaming cedar shingles
in the morning sun–
pancakes on the griddle
prisms of light
filter through
thick glass ceilings
second week of spring
yellow blossoms —
already fading
–
Easter Eve –
a blind man feels the little entier
of the stabed lamb
cutting papaya
slicing a bigger piece
from my heart
baking bread
in the Glenwood Range–
Saturday–beans and franks
summer sun
looking down
too bright to see
anhing’s beak, directs me
