cloudy day I wave at the neighbors I don’t know
—Joanne Morcom
Issue 10.2 | 2 September 2010
I know the feeling, waving at you.
this is so beautiful. how very cloudy to haze out the neighbours. hollering a- wow great ku- at you.
Love it, and it's allusion to the classic haiku poet.
Joanne's precision of image always takes my breath away. Her apparent simplicity says so much. An attempt to be 'friendly' despite the cloudy skies is so fine. Loved it Pat Benedict
I liked reading this post a lot, so much that I wished it was longer. Very engaging writing style!
