I love the opening. Perhaps it is my mirror neurons but the phrase "foot massage" triggered a delightfully sensual anticipatory tingle up my spine. Very nice onomatopoeia creates a vivid sensory image to concretize the setting. You've conjured a natural spa.
As is well known self massage is never as relieving as one given by someone else, so I think I will save this poem up for next time my feet are weary and sore, and enjoy the effect it has on me.

Oh how I'd love to stand in a creek and let the water give me a foot massage! Lovely, Sean.
