Great comparison. It shows nature in its mercy and mercilessness, in my opinion.
I liked this Garry–I'm not exactly sure what it means but I can kind of see it–it's beautiful.
The gull, unseen by the oarsman, has gained an easier trip to the pier pilings. __I like your senryu Garry, it generates parallel ideas; nifty. _m
