—LEROY GORMAN
Who or what are the locals I wonder? Are the locals from both sides of the border or are only people from one side of the border able to have a cafe and look out?
As the era of breaking down borders appears to have ended and we are building them back up again, what kind of menu will be there?
A number of potent words make this resonate and vibrate with both meaning and mystery:
border
locals
fill
window seats
