  1. I really like "sitting inside the fan's white noise," both for the sound generated and the potential it has to block things out. I can think of many alternative openings which might be used in tandem to create new senryu:

    press release sitting inside the fan’s white noise

    or

    poultry farm sitting inside the fan's white noise

    or

    carbon pricing sitting inside the fan's white noise

    It's a most malleable "image" with many great possibilities! Thanks for sharing!
