    I really like your haiku!

    I rarely do dogs in haiku, despite Spot the dog (yes, kids really named him Spot) adopting me while I was living in Queensland. He was great, but silly, used to chase cars head on in the country. Here' a happy memory of him:

    on hind legs
    licking the nose of the foal
    a fox terrier pup
