Like your deadhead!
my own backyard ?
I forget
to love it
Deadhead is the perfect word.
Violence is never the answer.
Deadheading helps life move forward…and that is good. I love the complexity in your imagery, Sondra. Congratulations on its publication. :)
Love this. I love the "ordinariness" of it, and the extraordinariness of it all. And as for the form, I love how you put the longest line (in terms of syllables) as the third line. Great twist. Thank you for this.
Ah well, life goes on, eh…I just love the drama in "deadhead" Sondra!
